Orders placed on the website are usually dispatched within 3 days however your order may take up to 12 days at busy periods or if your order is particularly large or heavy. We will contact you directly should any problems or stock availability issues occur with your order. Your order will be delivered by the Royal Mail or courier.

Orders over £50.00 are posted *FREE to the Mainland UK. This offer is subject to a maximum weight of 1.5 kilos. Candyjester, unlike other websites do not use shipping as a cash cow, equally, when we are overcharged due to weight, we have to pass on that charge.

*Free Delivery to Ireland & The Channel Islands, Highlands, Isle Of Wight is available for orders over £85.00). Northern Ireland deliveries and the Channel Islands incur an additional delivery charge.

**ORDERS WEIGHING MORE THAN 1.5KG BEING SHIPPED TO NORTHERN IRELAND CANNOT BE SENT AS A STANDARD DELIVERY. AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE WILL BE INCURRED, HOWEVER WE WILL NOTIFY YOU BEFORE DESPATCH

We offer a Next WORKING Day service for £8.99 Please note that these timings are from the date of posting NOT of placing your order. The normal 2/3 days handling time may still applies although we will do our best to send your order out earlier. (We do try to send out Parcel Force orders same day if you order before 2pm although as we say this is not guaranteed!).Please note that we are unable to take responsibility for orders delayed or deliveries attempted by external couriers. We offer no compensation for this service should the courier fail to deliver on time as this is beyond our control. This service does not deliver on a weekend.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY

Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. If so, the shipping company should advise you the charges due or else you should consult your local customs office. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these charges will be and Candyjester is not responsible for them.
